today was the only day without training, but wa lao, got traning no training also no difference.....wtf. still so tired. today early in the morning went to take swat photo. yeah. my swat head said that i'm kind of dead. yeah i agree. im stressed BIG time. i found out that i cannot really smile naturally anymore. my fakes smiles are becoming more and more obvious, i mean, im actually a serious person, when im serious, im emotionless. but somehow, people felt worried seeing me in "serious" mode. so not to worry them, i had to smile what right. if not what can i say to them....
no matter...did 100 reef knots in class, hmm..how long did i took? erm...20min? 15min? nah...can't remember...
very tired, but whenever i try to sleep i just can't. what the fuck.

strange, when i think of anything, the word AC1 and COMP TEAM just always appeared in my mind WITHOUT FAIL...>.>
